living in Italy for 6 years and seeking the best food around, this is the be best porchetta and one of the best panini in general that I’ve ever had.
The bread itself is fresh crunchy with charred grill lines and filled with meat that is fresh, succulent tender in the middle and crispy perfectly spiced on the outside with . The juicy grilled peppers and onions balance perfectly with the spicy chili flakes Making for just a full mouthy bite of deliciousness.

Amazing experience all round. The staff were super friendly, food was quick, and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten in my entire 1 week in Italy.
We got the Lamprodetto and the sandwiches were really filling and delicious. This spot was open late around 9:30 when we went as most places are usually closed by then.
Both my wife and I love here! We ate here two days and the boy here is extremely kind and warm-hearted! (Sorry I forget the pronunciation of his name) The stomach is well cooked and especially tasty for our Chinese. Recommend to add some spicy if possible.

Love the way of the package of lampredotto con paneto. We took away and no need to worry about the liquids will come out. Staffs were very friendly to help us to get the food we want. 👍

If you like food which is salty or very heavily tasted, their LAMPREDOTTO might not be for you.
The reason I gave 5 stars was because the guys who served us the food were super nice and helpful. We ordered the VASCHETTA LAMPREDOTTO CON PANE, we LOVED it, and the bread went perfectly with it. I definitely would come visit again next time when I come to Firenze! Grazie!
